The Decoy

W hen a confidential informant gives investigators a tip on a serial kidnapper, Detective Rita LaCosta agrees to go undercover as a decoy. Along with her partner, Detective Luke Stretcher, they set a trap. But when things go sideways, Rita suddenly finds herself in the clutches of a pervert who preys upon women for his amusement.
